Due to handmade nature of the products, please allow for some slight color variations, minimal size differences, and weights are approximate not exact for each product. Some weights will be over slightly which means customers will receive more in their wellness journey than expected. Quality will not change as all ingredients are measured precisely as recipes have been extensively formulated and tested.
Products are intended for personal use or to support the care of others. Products should not be distributed in large volumes unless there is wholesale agreement between vendor and the 365 company. All products have been tested and inspected prior to shipping. Products cannot be returned or refunded after use due to the nature of these items. We will allow an exchange or replacement of products damaged during shipment. Photographic confirmation must be submitted to support@repeat365.com within 7 days of delivery.
Products can be exchanged for a different version within the same product category within 14 days. due to shipping damage or defect only. Customer will be responsible for shipping costs for all returned or exchanged products unless there is damage to the item due to shipping.
Refund requests must be verified by the company and an RMA number provided prior to the product being shipped back to us. Return shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer and refunds will be provided in the form of a store credit or gift card for repeat365.
